  1. Receipt of Complaint: Upon receiving a complaint, we immediately log it into our customer service software. This ensures your complaint is duty noted, tracked, and managed until the issue is resolved.
  2. Information Gathering: We may reach out to you to gather more details about the situation. This includes specifics about the area, the time the issue was noticed, and whether this is a recurring problem or a one-time incident.
  3. Investigation: We conduct a comprehensive investigation using the provided details. This typically involves performing an on-site inspection, speaking with the cleaning staff involved, and assessing the equipment and cleaning materials used.
  4. Feedback and Corrective Action: Based on our investigation, we provide specific feedback to the relevant staff. This feedback directly contributes to corrective actions and the improvement of our services. In some instances, we may need to implement new training procedures or revise our protocols to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
  5. Solution and Client Follow-Up: Once we’ve addressed the issue and implemented necessary changes, we track the situation in our software as ‘resolved’. However, our process doesn’t end here. We make it a point to follow up with you to ensure the solution is satisfactory and that no further issues have arisen.
