Some services are needed on a routine basis and are best to schedule ahead of time. For example, buffing VCT floors should be done several times throughout the year depending on foot traffic. This helps increase the shine and longevity of the floor finish. It is our recommendation that you include these more frequent projects in the cleaning service agreement.

 However, other services are only performed on an as-needed basis. Electrostatic disinfection is one such example. Perhaps flu season is particularly impacting your building, and you need to take measures to reduce the spread of germs. Electrostatic disinfection may be used to help this seasonal event.
